The free SEO audit we offer is provided at no cost and with no obligation. It represents our good-faith assessment of your business's current search visibility based on publicly available information and the details you provide. The audit is informational only and does not constitute a guarantee of results. We reserve the right to decline to provide an audit at our discretion.
Paid SEO services are governed by a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work or Service Agreement) entered into between Arara SEO and the client prior to the commencement of any paid engagement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails.
Unless otherwise specified in a signed Service Agreement:
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Arara SEO and protected under Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Deliverables produced under a paid Service Agreement (audits, reports, schema markup, copy, etc.) become the client's property upon receipt of full payment for the relevant engagement.
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and client-side implementation of recommendations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arara SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms or a Service Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Arara SEO in the three months preceding the claim.
We may recommend or integrate third-party tools or platforms (Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, schema validators, etc.) as part of our services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those third-party services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
