Is this actually free? What's the catch?
It's actually free. The catch — if you want to call it that — is that the audit doubles as our pitch. If we find something we can fix and you want help, you'll know who to call. If you'd rather take the report and hand it to your existing developer or marketing person, that's also fine. We'd rather build trust than play games.
Why 48 hours? Other agencies promise instant audits.
Instant audits are autogenerated by tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs and shipped without anyone reading them. They flag 200 issues and rank none of them. Ours takes 48 hours because a person is doing the cross-referencing and writing the prioritization. That's the part that's actually useful.
What if you don't service my city?
We focus on Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Winnipeg because we know those local markets well. If you're elsewhere in Canada, fill out the form anyway. We'll still send the audit — we just may refer you to someone closer to your market for the implementation.
I'm not HVAC or plumbing. Will the audit still work?
The methodology generalizes to any local service business. We've audited auto repair shops with the same framework. The patterns are slightly different by vertical, but the gaps tend to be the same kind: missing schema, thin neighbourhood content, weak Google Business Profile. Try us.
What happens after I submit?
You get an automated confirmation immediately. Within 24 hours, you'll get a brief note from us confirming the audit is in the queue. Within 48 hours of that, the full PDF lands in your inbox. No phone calls, no scheduling pressure — unless you ask for a follow-up.
Will you sell my email or pitch me forever?
No to the first. As to the second: we'll email you the audit, and one follow-up two weeks later asking what you decided. After that, you only hear from us if you ask. We don't run a newsletter and we hate spam as much as you do.
